Inventory Management

We organize your inventory, manage your fulfillment needs, and store your goods securely.

ATI Inventory Management helps companies determine which inventory to order and how much to order when. It tracks the inventory of items from purchase to sale. This practice identifies and responds to trends to ensure there is always enough inventory to fulfill customer orders and to issue warnings of shortages as appropriate.

Once sold, the inventory becomes revenue. Inventory (albeit reported as an asset on the balance sheet) ties up cash until it is sold. Therefore, excess inventory costs money and reduces cash flow.

One measure of good inventory management is inventory turnover. As an accounting measure, inventory turnover reflects how often inventory is sold over a period of time. Businesses don't want to have more inventory than sales. Low inventory turnover can lead to overstock, or unsold inventory.
